1. TURSAB

In accordance with the circular prepared within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism determined by the World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) in order to ensure the safe and systematic transport of our valued customers, we have been accepted by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies to the A class agency class and we have been entitled to receive this certificate.

2. Certificate of Medical Authorisation

• Our company is among the intermediary organizations registered with the Ministry of Health of Turkey.
• This document, which we are entitled to receive, allows companies providing health tourism services to operate legally.
• This document shows our compliance with the health tourism regulations in our country and is proof the our organisation meets the specified standards.
• Our health tourism authorisation certificate is a document that aims to prove reliability and quality standards as an intermediary institution.
• This document shows that organisations operating in the health tourism sector employ experienced health personnel.

5. MEDIPOL

We are progressing in cooperation with Medipol University Hospital, Turkey's Largest Health Complex with 4 Hospitals.

Fully Equipped Medipol University Hospital with modern infrastructure has 470 bed capacity and 133 bed Intensive Care Units (General, Coronary, KVC, Neonatal Intensive Care), all of which are equipped with smart systems and technology. It has the highest number of departments among the hospitals in Turkey and offers a superior patient-centered service approach. The hospital is also configured with new generation technology that can perform simultaneous surgeries in 25 operating theatres.

Medipol University Hospital uses Pyxis Medication Management System, the first and largest Medication Management System in the world.

Since 2004, very few hospitals in Turkey have installed Pyxis System, one of them is Medipol University Hospital.

6. Chamber of Commerce Registration

It is a registration system that businesses must register before they start to operate legally.

With this registration certificate, it can ensure that both 3rd party persons can check that our company is doing its transactions legally.

7. Tax Certificate

It is a legal document showing the earnings and the amount of tax to be paid by the companies that have the Tax Plate in the relevant calendar year.

8. HIB Membership Certificate

Our association, of which we are a member, is in co-operation with the under secretariats of trade of many countries.

We are a part of this union in order to direct the future of the sectors we are affiliated with by taking part in the Sector Committees within the union we are a member of and to play an active role in solving problems related to exports.

We aim to improve your exports by participating in the sectoral international - domestic fair organisations, seminars and training events held within our association in order to improve the sociocultural needs of the countries we serve and the services we can offer them in our country.
